Caitlin Fabian, Founder and Principal
Caitlin Fabian is Founder and Principal of B&D Impact, a social impact strategy and operations firm founded in 2024.
Before launching B&D Impact, Caitlin served as Senior Manager within Salesforce’s social impact and strategic philanthropy team, where she managed a $22M global grant portfolio. She designed and scaled Salesforce’s employee giving program for more than 75,000 employees—achieving 95% participation—and reimagined the company’s employee giving and volunteering efforts around Citizen Philanthropy: a belief that individuals, when empowered to share their time, talent, and resources, can drive meaningful change.
Prior to Salesforce, Caitlin served on the Community Impact team at Pacific Gas & Electric Company, where she helped advance the company’s environmental conservation commitments and built national partnerships with the Arbor Day Foundation and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation to protect and restore local ecosystems.
She began her career with Teach For America as a Corps Member and certified English teacher, serving students at a low-income middle school in New Orleans in the years following Hurricane Katrina.
Caitlin holds a Master’s in International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego and a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service. She is a proud mom of three, a RYT 200–certified yoga instructor, and an avid traveler.
